I am 5' 10" @ 160 lbs and the medium fit me great. They are an athletic fit, no too confining and not to baggy. They are very well made and the design is well thought out. Glad I somehow stumbled on these pants. The only thing that concerned me was that the tag said to hand wash cold. I think it would be safe to wash them in a washing machine without an agitator bar on low. I will report back how they actually perform when the weather starts getting cooler.Update: 01/07/2018: I have washed these pants numerous times in cold water on delicate cycle without issue. I was also surprised how warm they are. With just a light tight on under these, I shoved snow for two hours out in18 degree weather with wind chills near zero. I almost want to buy another pair just in case they stop selling them.
